Focusing on our vast business experience, at the Centre for Enterprise Systems Engineering (CESE) we make an important contribution to Collaborative Business Networks, organising and managing collaborative processes and developing models to represent interorganisational processes.
At the same time, at CESE we guarantee efficient management of knowledge in business networks as well as analysis, optimisation and production process management, logistics management and managing the product life cycle the quality of the product that leaves the process.
At CESE we develop decision support systems, business management systems and systems to support the coordination of business processes. These systems have been proven to be advantageous in business environments and actively contribute to improving the global performance of industrial companies including small and medium–sized enterprises.
