Welcome Guide
This Welcome Guide was developed to facilitate the reception and integration of new collaborators working with INESC TEC for the first time.
The main aim of this Guide is to provide newcomers with information about INESC TEC which may aid their integration into their respective Center or Service.
This document will allow newcomers to familiarise themselves with the organisational and operational structure of the institution on all levels, along with our general objectives and strategic areas of operation.
Moreover, we hope this manual may contribute to creating a healthy working environment, which will improve INESC TEC's performance and allow it to make progress.
