How temperature and noise influence customers in shops (Destak)

High or low temperatures, the level of noise, and bad service provided in a shop, are some of the main factors that influence the time customers spend in shops.

This is the conclusion of project RetailPro, developed by INESC Technology and Science. This is a platform that monitors humidity, light, noise and temperature in these spaces in order to optimise operational costs and increase sales.
