USIC Soft Meetings - "A Path for Performance Improvement: the Personal Software Process (PSP) and Team Software Process (TSP)"

Personal Software Process (PSP) e Team Software Process (TSP) are high-maturity, high-performance, and development processes for engineers and teams, created by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of the Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). This talk, given by João Pascoal Faria, will present the main ingredients that lead to the impressive performance gains that can be achieved with the PSP/TSP.

Short Bio: João Pascoal Faria is a professor at FEUP and researcher at INESC Porto since 1985, where he collaborates with USIC in the Software Engineering domain. He is a SEI-Certified PSP Developer, SEI-Authorized PSP Instructor and SEI-Trained TSP Coach.
